Ahh yes the six rotar Wankel. The sound that thing makes is just amazing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ay9pTLa3mSE -
I saw the coolest easter egg last night. It's referencing "No country for old men". It's near the base of mount chiliad. You pull up and there are a bunch of trucks in a circle riddled with bullet holes and a lot of dead guys, and one guy that's barely alive tells you that the case is down the hill, if you go down the hill there is a silver briefcase and a dying man next to it. He tells you what ever you do not to take the case. Well I took it and was chased down by two guys on bikes shooting at me. Once they "stopped" chasing me I realized that you get $25000 from the case. Hey Michael did you get the map on blueprint paper that says "Trevor phillips enterprises". If you did black light it.

Italeri to re-release Revell Ford Aeromax!
Austin T replied to metalhead's topic in Truck Kit News & Reviews
I don't see why other companies don't do what round2's doing and price their semi kits around 30-45 bucks. The price tag is the entire reason that i'm not a truck modeler, they are just way too over priced. -
Do you mean the one that "It sounded just like a big ole freight train!"

Ok we were both talking about two totally different things. I thought you were talking about a return policy, not the ball machine. I do agree that the ball machine sounds like a bit of a rip off but can probably be resolved if politely taken up with the store manager. Maybe something along the lines of "Excuse me Mr (INSERT NAME HERE) I noticed that the ball machine's product varies from the display model, would you mind changing out the display model to give people a better idea of the product" As for offending me you did not, the HobbyTown I work at even has flaws, I have yet to find a perfect hobby shop.

As for the warranty it doesn't make financial sense to have a "Satisfaction guaranty" unless your some multimillion dollar corporation. At work we have the same policy unless it comes out of the box with an issue, then we usually exchange it,they should be doing the same thing. A true hobby shop is hard to find because there just isn't enough of a customer base to sell just hobby related items. Next time your in your LHS ask the owner if you can observe and see how traffic flows. The results might surprise you. Most people who purchase items in our shop buy toys and are drawn in with toys.

Well I work at a HobbyTown so I can shed some light on the subject. If you want cheaper models take it up with the distributors, we don't control the price, they do! I hate how they have us in that position and there's not much we can do about. So you have one or two options here: 1. Sniffle, whine, and do nothing and expect change, not get it and by models from China cheaper. 2. Go in and support your LHS even if it is a HobbyTown, although your paying five or ten bucks more your helping your own community by keeping the money in it. Now I'm not going to judge you for what choice you make but think about which one helps everyone out in the long run. P.S. By the time you pay shipping for the online kits it comes within a few bucks of your LHS's price usually.

Ahh ok. Was it one of the three brothers from IV? As for the one I was talking about if you played the TLAD DLC you knew who he was, you might even say he was "Lost" .
-
Yep I know who your talking about. I met him in the short cut scene before Trevor got his way. I really liked him too and I hate how Rockstar killed him off like that, to be honest I almost cried.
-
Yea I know how you feel. I was pretty decent at driving in IV, but as for V it seems like you hug the road until its a race. As for the wanted level there is a cheat for that but it's up to you if you want to play or "Cheat".

I picked it up as soon as I got off today and I haven't stopped for awhile. I love the way the new handling is with the cars, haven't gotten to fly yet of jack a train but that will come shortly. To me the gun wheel is a little annoying, I can't stand the radio wheel. One thing I did notice is that hostile NPC's are MUCH MUCH more hostile than in 4.

I was planing on going to the midnight party but was worn out after work and figured I'd get it today after I mowed some lawns. I know some people here are pretty excited about it.

Looks like he's making a stop at your place soon. -
Those Torinos are pretty cool looking. I always thought it looked like a torino rear ended a Datsun 240z and this happened.

Ah yes, almost forgot about that one. Sadly it's buried deep within the bowels of the internet and is extremely hard to come across. -

I'm a big google Chrome guy. I love the things it offers like google doxs and the speed. My computer is a few years old and runs just fine,as for Fire Fox it always froze to much or just lagged behind.
