  2. It might be a lil ways yet! lol! already have 5 projects going right now. too many at once but one idea on one leads to a idea on another and you get the idea. I will post pics when I get to working on it! Keep up the good work so I can have more to try on my truck!
  3. Very nice looking 55! I have a slightly beat up AMT 55 in the stash/parts box bin that I have often thought about doing this to. That or it someday will become a straight 6 rat rod! lol! Just what I need another project! lol! I I dig this out it's your fault! lol!
  4. Looking good! I have always wanted to try to scratchbuild a custom frame like this for a truck. maybe someday!
  5. LOOKS NICE! I have built a couple of these over the years and have one on my bench right now. I have never realy had much fitment issues. I alil snading here and there and everyting fits good. maybe i just have been lucky with mine and the fitment? I am a MOPAR guy but this has always been one of my favorite non-MOPAR kits to build over the years.
  6. A nice looking of Toyo's you built there!
  7. I LOVE THIS THING! AWESOME work all around! I see many things I would like to try/do to my 40 Ford Pickup when I pull it back out.
  8. If seeing someone else's WIP doesn't make me go buy that particular model kit, it can get my ideas flowing about what to do to a kit I have collecting dust. Or to redo someting I have already done!
  9. Nice choice of color!!!!!!!!!!!!! as with most of your builds Mike, I am sure you will not dissapoint!

  15. I always have liked this kit. even with it's issues. I built one when I was a kid and loved it. I picked up one a couple years ago and plan on doing a mild rat rod with it. Looking forward to seeing your progress
  16. SWEET! I vote for nice and shiny! Show baby!
  17. VERY SWEET! One of my al time favorite movies! Even if it is a bit cheesy! I just watched it 2 days ago.
  18. VERY NCE! Although I like the 1st set of wheels better.
  19. Looking forward to this build! I say paint it that new Hemi Orange that's on the new Challengers and stuff a HEMI in it!
  20. Both trucks are looking good! Detail both beds!!!! Just a suggestion as I was just looking over my Stepside I built years ago, I wish I would have mini tubbed the bed so the wheel/tire combo would sit inside the fender instead of sticking out. That would make your wheel/tire combo really stand out! just my 2 cents If i hadn't done such a decent job on mine when I was a kid I would strip her down and do a full resto and minin tub her. As far as a master cylinder, I used one from the Monogram S-10 kit. Lil newer than the truck but as in real life its a upgraded part!
  21. OUTSTANDING WORK! I love the matching Aspen and Ram!!!! Also really digging the Pontiac!
  22. Well done as usual Mike!
  23. Started onone of mine again last night! waiting on parts to arrive for the 77 Dodge 4x4 truck I am building right now. Looking at my parts box for wheels and tires for the Daytona, wondering what wheels and tires you put on yours?
