  1. lf you have ANY indecisions about the future of your '63 Dodge, LMK what you need for it. l'm half-a55 scared of my resin copy! Bart.
  2. That looks painful, but l still gotta watch!! Bart.
  3. Sleep is such a waste of creativity. l always go to sleep with plans but it seems l wake up empty headed. Except for Jenny McArthy, but she won't help me paint.
  4. lf you can't find these, check the toy stores & dollar stores. l remember marveling at a truck toy a few years back that had 2-hole Budd(?) rims & low profile tires in 1:24. Unfortunately, l wasn't actively modeling at the time!! Bart.
  5. That's exactly the way l did away with the headlights on a '63 Fury grille recently. lt worked out great! Bart.
  6. l've gotten pretty proficient with resin parts, but up to now l haven't had to use putty. Can l use my normal putty for styrene on resin? Thanks, Bart.
  7. l have only seen 3, & all are quite nice. Revell's '09 Challenger is my favorite. AMTs '05 Chrysler 300 looks nice, but not as detailed & has a cover that hides most of it. Revell's '06 Magnum is comparable to the Challenger but appears overscaled. lt would look great in a 1:24 build. Depending on scale & detail you're wanting, any of these are worth looking at. Hope this helps. Bart.
  8. l like what you did with this kit. l'm missing the decals, so it's street for mine. Welcome, lots of Mopar & Petty fans around here! Bart.

    72 NOVA

    VERY nice.
  10. Very nice, Jim! This is one of my favorite cars & kits of all time. It looks like you've done lotsa little extras. l like the hatch style opening 3rd door. & the exhaust is way cool. are the benches(?) for more tire clearance? Nice underhood detail! Could that be a Nailhead in there? lt's powerful awesome all around. & SO SHINY!!! Bart.
  11. Very interesting. l had contemplated doing the opposite, putting the Plymouth roof on the Dodge to make a Polara. The body lines at the base of the pillars were so different, that l didn't trust my tools or skills to pull this off yet. l'm gonna pull them out later tonight to check again. Bart.
  12. Very nice! l wish l had that rear bumper!!
  13. l would set it aside until l couldn't stand it any more. lf l still hadn't heard from him, then l would consider it mine.
  14. ........l did the same thing on a 1:24 Harley custom. Takes a lot of patience, but l got great results! Bart.
  15. l like the black on black idea, Don. Kinda stealthy & you know old Wile E. has got to be sneaky to have a chance of catching that bird!!
  16. l don't remember what brand or scale, but l had a Triumph cycle kit in the early '70s that came with a Fonzie figure. Possibly 1:8?
  17. This should be cool!

    48 Woody

Fascinating! l like watching these weathered builds, & actually did a couple as a kid. l've started a couple recently, but after spending my entire adult life trying to get rid of rust on 1:1 projects, it's hard to let go & rust something away, lol. But l do admire & like what you're doing here. Please continue. Bart.
  19. This turned out great. l've always thought Edsels looked good hot rodded. Just don't see enough of 'em. Nice work! Bart

    67 CAMARO

Very hot & inspirational. lt has a very distinctive '80s home garage built feel to me. l love it!
  21. Very nostalgic, Casey! Nicely-& naturally-weathered, lol. Definitely keepers. Too bad about the chopped T. Bart.

    '32 High Boy

Beautiful build. l like the newer fuel injected small block. l personally think the wheel discs look out of place with the modern wheels, but they sure don't take my attention away from that beautiful paint!!! Bart.
