    That's it! I would like to build one again someday. The one I built as a kid was maybe 10 inches or more tall. The arrows would actually shoot.

    I really like the idea of trying to do this in the period correct style, but I also like this one a lot. I am fairly certain this car was the cover art for the Beach Boys at some point., and this one would technically be period correct as well, given that it was on the July 1961 cover of Hot Rod magazine. Having said that, I do not think it fits the song...
