  1. Hear me out: GMC grille? ?
  2. On the top of the page is 2710, which just so happens to be the kit number for the Mustang. ?
  3. Thanks for the update, Steve! @ChrisBcritterI wonder if Atlantis has this tooling now? ?
  4. Thanks for the correction! The pictures I've found don't show the different tires well and my '11 reissue is currently packed away off-site and I wasn't able to check the contents.
  5. Dating from 1964 and originally designed with input from Darryl Starbird, follow along as I recount the story of this kit family. https://www.sprue.xyz/articles/monogram40fordpickup
  6. This is from the same era of AMT where the turnaround for box art builds was so short that folks were pulling things off their shelves that used parts that didn't come in the box at all. Not surprising that they would have requested no decals on the trucks as AMT probably had no idea what would be included when they did the photos...!
  7. My pleasure! ?

  9. There isn't a correct Cummins N14 available. Or any PACCAR engine as no one's put out a new KW or Peterbilt since that engine was developed. On the other end of the spectrum, smaller diesel engines for the likes of the Ford C and Dodge L would be a welcome addition to the market. Something like a Perkins or Deutz four cylinder.
  10. A&N has a whole bunch of chassis kits using photoetch frame rails: https://an-modeltrucks.com/product-category/big-trucks/chassis-kits/
  11. I have a resin set of these that are eight lug; I'll be darned if I can remember where they came from. BnL, maybe?
  12. They did do one in a few colours as well as the 1995 Brickyard 400 pace truck.
  13. The '97-'98 dash was done in the promos. Which is actually incorrect for the dually as the passenger side airbag wasn't required in the 2500 or 3500 and so they just had storage there. Also, if you notice the mirrors: those are S-10 units that curiously were used in the promos but only on the C1500 in South America...

  15. On the Skoal truck at least they look like 24.5"; Bahari rig could be 22.5". The Moebius wheels would work, or a set from an Italeri kit.
  16. The Lindberg custom version of the '97 F-150 has them.

  18. The '78 annual and the Hardcastle & McCormick GMC are the only ones with the bench.
  19. Won't work on the Deserter or upcoming Sod Buster. The Mule Skinner kit has that grille.

  21. At this point we'll probably never know... ?‍♂️
  22. It would appear we were both partially correct... ?
  23. Well now that is interesting! The Bronco kit does/did have five lug slotted mags but the ones on the build up are the six lug ones that were only ever in the GMC Jimmy kit. A clue to future plans? ??
