  1. Revell dug deep for this one...
  2. I use an app on my phone, paintrack. For Testors Ruby Red a good match is Revell Fiery Red. The closest Tamiya colour is in the PS line, which I've heard mixed results with styrene, Metallic Wine. For the Jade green, try Tamiya PS17 metallic green or Revell Emerald green.
  3. The molding factory matched the injected pigment in the kit to that specific colour. ?
  4. I would love to see Academy do a Staria, Palisade, or Kia Mojave or something. Ioniq 5 or Kia EV6 would be equally as cool. ?
  5. The thingy on the vent shade is an extra mirror. Definitely four wheel steering being that close together.
  6. Ooh, a VT! Perfect. Would love to see that VNL conversion available again so I can build my truck... ?
  7. Both for the same reason, I'm sure: the body mold was altered.
  8. The only visible difference between a '95 and a '96 in that kit is the wheels. The promos Ertl did were all 1995 model year, no idea why they labeled the 'kit' as a 1996. The pickup promos did get the upgraded dash for '97-'98 but curiously used the S-series mirrors that were only used on South American C-series trucks.
  9. IIRC a lot of those RC2 era kits had such short turnarounds for the box art that the builds photographed are ones people had already built from previous issues.
  10. Your best bet would be the old IMC flat bed trailer, last seen bundled with the Dodge L700 by Lindberg.
  11. HLJ has a pre-order available and they claim it is being released this month.
  12. I.... think so? I have seen it on store shelves recently.
  13. How about a single headlight grille for the Chevy LUV?
  14. Don't worry, it's not just a geezer thing.
  15. Oh boy! '66 Beaumont for the '66 Malibu flip nose '67 Beaumont for the Revell '67 Chevelle '64 Acadian Canso for the Moebius '65 Canso for the Moebius '66 Canso for the AMT
  16. I'm also curious to see what they're going to put in the Lil Hustler. MPC did two versions of the flip nose with that name, stock bed and California stepside bed.
  17. Meanwhile, back at Topicville... 18. When I ordered mine, the base conversion was $30 and the add-on was $10.
  19. Lots of changes. The interior is all new. The volume seller VNL760 has different shaped sleeper windows compared to earlier models. If you used the 670 kit as a donor you'd have no issues as that one just has the vents. The 780 kit would be closer to a current 860.
  20. ARM Résine, in France. Here's his eBay profile: https://ebay.com/usr/arm2017
  21. The ease at which the Moebius parts interchange with the AMT suggests to me that it may be intentional.
