Master cylinder is mounted on the frame rails under the floor in front of the drivers feet, look at a Revell/Monogram Pro Stock kit. The pedals pivot under the floor panels.

Gentlemen While doing research for my MotownMissle Cuda build, I came across numerous mentions of a HemiColt being built by the Missle crew. As the car was outlawed for use in ProStock they abandoned it's build and was never put into action.
