  1. ^^^Cool Hand Luke! "Eat them eggs boy!"
  2. Yeah, I know. It's just hard to think that way with what we know now.
  3. Weathering is very realistic and great details. Was thinking about picking up that kit myself.
  4. Bad enough they killed a T/A, but if that was a real T/A SD455...that's even worse. The car was decal delete, so it's hard to tell. Only know it's a '73, because that was the 1st year other colors, Brewster Green in this case, were offered on T/A's besides white and blue('70 1/2-'72) and the last year for that front and rear styling. Notice...no decals.
  5. I LIKEY!!!
  6. Thanks Kevin! Probably an easy one.
  7. @Jim- Mc "Q" About the only John Wayne movie I like and mostly for the "Green Hornet"...the '73 Trans Am. Too bad they killed it though.
  8. Rolls Royce Merlin powered '55 Chevy.
  9. @Kevin- Deathproof
  10. @Tom- I think they(GMG) built it and Richard kept it after it didn't get what he wanted for it at auction. I could be wrong though. That was a few years ago.
  11. Stopped by Greenfield News & Hobby on my way home from work and picked a few things up. Just some paint and Novus 1 & 2 set. When I got home there were a couple of packages of parts I got off of Ebay. The 340 is from the AMT '71 Duster kit, the Monogram wheels and tires are from the '70 Roadrunner kit. I got those just for the "Cop" wheels and poverty caps. And lastly, another wheel and tire set from the AMT '68 Roadrunner kit...mostly for the red line tires.
  12. @Kevin- "A Bronx Tale" Good movie!
  13. @Kevin- T2 And another...
  14. @Carl- They didn't use it much in the movie. Didn't think most people would have noticed it. Oh well.
  15. SUCK MY WAKE! @Clayton- Used in "The Great Outdoors." Here's another.
  16. @Russell- I still want to know what's in the box.
  17. @Mike- Nope.
  18. How about this...
  19. I want to say "The 7 Ups."
  20. I have a few or more, but I can start with this.
  21. Just came in the mail today. Got it off of Ebay. Open dented box, but everything inside is still sealed in bags and OK. It's pretty much what I drive at work and even propane fueled...a Toyota forklift. And no...I don't work in a fish market. No idea what I'm going to do with them and the bin.
  22. I didn't know exactly where to put this, but anyway, last week I bought the Vaterra Chevy K-5 Blazer Ascender R/C kit. I've already built it up to a rolling chassis. Yesterday, I bought the steering servo(waterproof) and a bottle of tire glue. For now, I may stop and disassemble a few things and get the upgrade parts. Like the front knuckles as well as the front and rear carriers. Part of the reason I chose the kit version over the ready to run is I now know how this thing goes together.
  23. @Ken- It's actually an '87 GNX. They came with the faux air extractors, fender flares, bigger wheels/tires(Z rated Good year), and other things with the engine & turbo that the regular Grand National's didn't have. Plus, a low production run...548 if I'm not mistaken.
