  1. Yep...you got it Frank. I think I'm gonna have to dig way deeper for something really obscure.
  2. @Joe- Correct. Here's another.
  3. Stopped in a couple of times over the last week and picked up a lighted display case(see non model related thread), a model, and paint(see non auto model thread). Also talked to Jay for a few minutes. Sad to see the store go, but I understand where Jay was coming from and the reason(s) for closing the store. I wish him and his wife well in their future endeavors.
  4. Saw this Porsche 944 in a parking lot as I was about to leave. Kind of an odd "winter beater."
  5. Try this one.
  6. Just came in the mail today. Another '70 GTO promo car....my third.
  7. Somebody already got it, but actually it's the real one from Phantasm. Not the "tribute" that GYC did. Movie car on the left and GYC tribute on the right.
  8. Picked these up at Greenfield News & Hobby's closing sale.
  9. I got the knives and scissors off of Ebay as a bundle. The hobby knife has a thicker barrel and a rubber grip. The scissors are a different style instead of the finger holes. Both, I hope, will be easier to use as my hands are getting bad from work...mostly from working outside year-round. Don't know what I'll use the swivel blades for though. And, I stopped in at Greenfield News & Hobby last night to buy some things for my RC truck, but instead I paid for the glass display case I wanted and kind of put my name on with Jay. Picked it up after work today. *Update for 2/9/15- I picked the paint rack up today for $25 from GN&H.
  10. I just love how lead bullets "spark" when they hit a car or the ground. And, cars that get shot up never have bullet holes either!
  11. Trust me it's a '70...well, what's left of it anyway.
  12. @Chris- "To Live and Die in LA." Was gonna post that soon myself.
  13. Chief's car is actually a '70. Apparently it is white now though with black "Judge" stripes.
  14. Yepper....that was quick.
  15. That was in Pleasant Prairie, WI if I'm not mistaken. Not so "pleasant" for the mayor.
  16. Maybe easy?
  17. I didn't even realize the slight resemblance to the Fiero. Just wish the Esprit V8 was in kit form too.
  18. I don't get up that way...especially on the surface streets and rarely on 45.
  19. Actually, I can't say that I do. Where was the pic taken? Pretty good shape for a 40+ year old regular everyday year-round driver though. Lots of car washes!
  20. A Porsche Panamera. Kind of an unusual for the weather around here. Bet it'll be in the garage this weekend with 3-6 inches of snow on the way!
  21. It's a "Cattle Catcher" to help save the front-end...just in case. The picture you posted is probably an Australian Road Train.
  22. A couple off of Ebay. The Esprit Turbo is an open box, but all sealed inside. A replacement for another kit that seemed to grow legs and walked off on me. The shipper even wrapped the clear parts tree and put it in a plastic bag too. The Sport 300 is still factory sealed. Got both for decent prices.
  23. @Jesse- Second pic is the Rail Job from Hollywood Knights.
  24. Kojak. I think someone did this one already. I'm still trying to think of some obscure movie with a car "star" in it to post.
  25. The Blues Brothers. ^^^
