  1. With so many older kits being re-released I guess you could yes, I build vintage kits. Does that count ? So nice to have some of these old kits back again. Just bought 2 today.
  2. Looks good. Great start.
  3. Nice, I will be watching.
  4. Love the paint job. Very nice !
  5. I finally found some time to devote to my Mustang gasser ( kind of ). I had to narrow the frame of the Miss Deal. I also had to legnthen it a bit. The wheelbase was close but the placement of the engine was way too far back so I had to make it longer to move the engine forward. This messed with the front axel mount and pushed the wheels way out . I may have to bring the front wheels back in but I am not hating the wheels being out so far. It would be different and I like different. Not going for a model that mimicks a real world car.I had to shorten the rear end also as it was way too wide. I also had to remove the transmission hump on the Miss Deal chassis since I plan on using the Mustang interior. I will also have to make or lengthen the drive shaft.
  6. Very well done !
  7. Funny that the M.A.D. product be mentioned as I am using one in my current build of a Mustang gasser. The cap is prewired and comes in 6 cap colors and 9 different colors. You can also get them in 4-6- or 8 conifguration. The detail is very good . What I don't understand with the one I have now is that it comes with a piece of wire to use as boot material. Others I have used come with tubing. So how do it use wire for boot material ? I will try and slice off some of the insulation off the wire and see if I can pull the wire out to create some tubing.

  15. Looks like you nailed it. Nice work.
  16. Bryan that workbench looks very nice. Maybe a little too clean ? Is that a pitcher of ice tea ?
  17. That body has some very nice lines to it.
  18. That model is beautiful ! Very nice job.
  19. You could use the back side of an exato blade down the body and create a crease for the BMF. My best advise it to make sure you use a brand new blade and use light pressure. Good luck
  20. She still looks great !
