This one is almost done , probably tomorrow . I’m sure some colors are not correct . Three sources and they are sometimes at odds of each other . Maybe depends on when the car ran ? Decals did fight me some perhaps due to the size or perhaps I just screwed up ! I will take better pics tomorrow as these are kind of dark .

You are right ! There does seem to be a lot of nervous people on there. Every time someone lights off a firecracker there will be a post or two about gun shots.

It does have all the emblems and door handles . I just removed them all. Thanks John.

Looks good to me ! Mine will be done today or tomorrow. Please don't take this as me telling you what to do but you may ( I say may ) have a problem lowering the body down on the chassis due to the engine wires. They look good but may stick up too high.

Here we have something called Nextdoor. People post things like that and also good things like coming stores and such. Also Ring doorbell pics of strange people poking around and a few of low lives stealing deliveries from UPS and Amazon and such.

Thanks Anders.

Just finished . Cool little kit . I did make some modifications to this one. I used some parts from a die cast car. Wheel and tires, rear spoiler as well as engine top are from the die cast . Not a full engine and I glued down the hood . Side dumps were made out of plastic tube. Paint is Tamiya TS 89 Blue Pearl and Tamiya 17 gloss aluminum . Clear is Duplicolor 1K . Chassis is not detailed . Interior is black . Some touch ups needed.

Years ago my wife and I took our daughter there a couple of times. We lived in Orange County at the time. I am one of those who do not like crowds. Wife and daughter had a good time I was pretty uncomfortable the whole time. I liked Knotts Berry Farm better. Less crowded and at one time we lived less than 3 blocks away.

I am building the Nova now. However it is almost done and I didn't think to post any photos in the what's in the box section. I should finish it today or tomorrow and will post in the Under Glass section.
