You need a pretty large dedicated space to have these railroad layout I have been seeing here. I wish I had a basement but they are kind of rare here in at least west side of Phoenix. When we bought our house out here we did see some new ones with a basement option but that option was 90 grand alone. Yikes !

The number of auto scams on the Offerup website. Was just cruising the site not really looking for anything but could not help but notice some very nice cars, trucks and even motor homes where the seller ( scammer ) was asking for a full price of 1,000 or 1,500 and some for 2,000 dollars. These vehicles were worth many times the asking price. Upon checking a couple of review sites I found this to be pretty wide spread and many people cheated out of their hard earned money. On the other hand if you were to see a 5 year old Toyota 4X4 with low mileage for a total of 1,500 bucks would you believe it.
