Thanks Bill, great site. I spent a lot of time there. I found one photo in the dragster section that really interested me. As I do like the oddball stuff I have already done a 3 wheel dragster but there is one photo of an early dragster with what looks like short wings mounted about where the engine is .Also it has dual slicks on the rear. Wings look like they may be about 4 feet. ? I might like to take a stab at building that or my version of it. Does anyone know if there are any more or better photos anywhere of this dragster ? I did a search but came up empty.

Good to see you back. You know you can use clear enamel over lacquer, just not the other way around. I use the high gloss clear enamel over lacquer often. I does take much longer to dry is the downside.

Sorry about your pain. Not being able to get a least a good nights sleep makes it tough to great the new day. Back to the kit, those plugs are so tiny. The chain is going to be a real chore. Hopefully they won't need a ton of clean up.

Another way cool project.

Probably no surprise for those who know me but I bought another Cobra kit. I have also ordered a Kyosho Daytona Cobra body kit from Japan. Plans call for me to try and use some parts from this kit to assemble a Daytona Cobra in 1/24 scale.

Some great news today. My blood work the other day showed another improvement in my A1C number. An even better piece of news for us is that the possibility of my wife having oral cancer was proven to be untrue ! I can not express how happy I was to hear that. Sometimes we forget the things that are really important.
