  1. Great progress so far Tim. I'm looking forward to more.
  2. A great distraction/teaser to keep us glued to the Codi channel....more, more
  3. It always amazes me that you and the other top builders can fabricate tiny pieces AND connect them so they are parallel, perpendicular, or however they need to be so that they are correct. Wow.
  4. To quote Tony (GT Junior), it is other level engineering. I had the awesome opportunity to see it again in person Tuesday night. WOW. Everything looks bigger online. Hearing Tim explain how he measures and plans each part to replicate the 1:1 part is inspiring. He is dedicated to make each section and part as close to the real part and as close to NHRA specs as he can. And his generosity with time, patience, and knowledge is awesome and appreciated because he spent about 3 hours answering my questions, putting aside his own work to help me. He showed me how to measure and set up a 4 link rear for an upcoming build, he offered to redo my puke tank for a current build, and gave me much advice. Thanks again Tim.
  5. Wow, Dave. It looks great. But I think one of the lug nuts is off by a millionth of a millimeter. Ha. I hope to go to the show in September (?) in your neck of the woods. Will this car be there? I know, it's a ways off on the calendar. Looking forward to more.
  6. John, WoW................Chris summed it up
  7. I agree, a great concept. I like where it's going....
  8. A great time idea. It looks really good so far. Looking forward to more.
  9. I just got caught up on this build and wish I had the words to describe my amazement that is yelling inside my head.........you're not human are you? You are actually one of the computerbots created by Ironman, right? You are an inspiration.
  10. Another trophy coming your way John. It looks great.
  11. http://s1311.photobucket.com/user/56ChevKRy/media/photos_BU/scale auto art/CustomBodyMinicharger1a_zpswsuihjmt.jpg.html Here is a shot I took of his earlier Charger at Utica-Rome Speedway. Sorry it's so dark. I couldn't find my original prints, scanned the negs but time has damaged the negs. I hope the person that borrowed my prints will eventually return them.
  12. Warning labels needed indeed. Tim, how you get tiny parts attached squarely and correctly is .........wow
  13. Great results even though sometimes it seems the effort outweighs the outcome. I appreciate your perseverance.
  14. John my buddy, I love how you take materials from different sources and make them fit and flow. Looks great. And like everyone has said, the carbs look awesome. I know the total outcome will get you trophies.
  15. Dave, just got caught up on this amazing build. Beautiful art. I too was rooting for the blown engine, but the Sonny's powerplant will do fine. And what's this about you and Ginger Rogers wearing heels ???
  16. Tim, WOW...............What's next? Nicks on the nuts and bolts to simulate wrench marks? Empty Mobil 1 oil bottles? Dirty shop rags?
  17. Chris, great job. I grew up about 40 minutes south of Utica and went to the Utica-Rome Speedway a few times to see the drags. The first time I experienced a fuel car was seeing Phil in the earlier Charger go down that 1/8 mile track. I was hooked.
  18. Tim, my brain is fried staring at the updates. If I were to attempt what you do, my brain would dry up and dribble out my ears. LOVE your work.
  19. Chris - rushing things can sometimes cost you. In a quality build, it gets done when it gets done. Love the updates.
  20. Looks really good Niko. Looking forward to more.
  21. I've run out of words to say how GOOD your achievements are. I think you know how much we appreciate you teaching us all this time. And Merry Christmas to you and your family.
  22. My good buddy John, I can't wait to see more of this. I know it will be another great build, but you probably shouldn't take pics of your car in the microwave. You might accidentally hit the Start button. Ha. Keep us droolin' for more....
