  1. Harry my Wife and I are Calif. Natives since Truman was Prez. We've been in Arizona since 2000. Just couldn't take it any more. The hardest part of moving for us was Packing! (sorry 'bout the weird quote - the editor is driving me Nuts.)
  2. Is there any chance of tracking down the owner of the Car? If so there's a possiability He/She might offer to tell you who painted it and then you'd be able to find the Real Color.
  3. My Camera is finally back from the Camera Doctors Office (where it spent Christmas and New Years.....). This is my first shot of the Year. Taken ~30 paces from where I'm now sitting.
  4. What a GREAT Start to the New Year. WOW!
  5. Nice Job Mitch. Interesting I don't recall anyone mentioning the Bulkhead problem in past builds. Thanks for pointing it out!
  6. What a great idea and it came out really well. I wouldn't want to see a fleet of this style, but this worked !
  7. WOW Bill!! I finished the exact same kits you did . Must be some kinda Psychic Connection or somethin'

You sure do have a way with Decals (although you did have some problems like some minor wrinkles and a tear, it looks like you overcame most of them) and Photos. Nicely done in both. The 917K was one of my favorite Roadracing Coupes of all time. I'll follow along to see how this progresses!
  9. The Little Red Wagon and its "Touch Tone Terror" Phone Company sibling came with 273 and 426 V-8's
  10. Curt, 'tween these and the other batch my fav'd be the 910, but none are to be dismissed. Wonderful Collection. So how'd the folks at Kindig receive the tribute Pickup? Happy New Year.
  11. Well Bobby you've started out the New Year Right! Welcome and a Happy New Year To You.
  12. Jim, just wander down to your local Dollar Store variant and go to one of those isles "Real Men" don't go to. Rob's Oval 3 can befound there for .... Oh ~$ 1or 2
  13. Bill you do remember correctly, but the whole front of the motor and valve cover at the very least would require modification, along with manifolds. At that level pretty much any inline 6 block'd be ok.
  14. Gregg, really Great to read your Medical stuff seems to be seeing a light at the end of the Tunnel that ain't an on comin' Train! Please don't haul the Printing off the Mainland. Heck the Stagecoach from Denver knew how to get here, but I don't think them Horsies can swim all the way from Hay-why-ee. Wishin' you ola Hauoli for the New Year.
  15. Bruce, were you to continue building Classics I can't imagine Anyone would be disappointed. A years worth of Beauty.
  16. Too All. May Your Plastic/Resin Never Warp and the top of the Acatone be loose when the Crazy Glue sticks your Fingers together - Happy New Years.
  17. Wonderful group, but you had me on #1. I'm a sucker for '56 Chevys...... And that one is Great!
  18. See if you can find someone that hopped up a Trumpeter '63 Nova see if you can snag their Engine - It's just what you're lookin' for.
  19. Looks alot like the Cars that one might have seen in the San fernando Valley in the lat e50's and early to mid 60's (although that Engine woulda been the ultimate Sleeper, I'm not sure a 6 volt battery would have ever been found sharing the engine bay with it ) I Really Do like the Inkjet Printing onto thin cloth for Upholstery idea!!
  20. What was "funny" about your trademark that Ray mentioned was I caught it in the Engine Bay shot. I tend to visually quick "scan" an image/area then start looking for and at details. The Emblems Colors jumped out.
  21. Great way to finish off the Year Jim. A Happy Healthy New Year to ya.
  22. AAwwwwwwww Pleeeeaaasssse Greg, include a warning with these, I just ate..............
  23. So you'll be able to keep that Prertty Ford Outta the Rain! and that Mustang also
  24. I think the Isley Brothers were a bigger leap from the first release than the Beatles from the Isley version. But there's for me no dislike to the Beatles version and they did adjust the tempo so folks could dance to it!
