  1. Did the original issue MPC 1971 RR or GTX have the same air grabber hood as the more recent yellow issue If not, Anyone modified the monogram hood to fit the MPC body ? Monogram hood shown

  8. Very...VERY nice. Excellent build These early Fords are one of my favorites...and I'm diehard mopar I've got a few of these and the 63s on the pile . Someday
  9. Still trying to determine the cars engine color. But....got all the decals on yesterday. Cleared it today. So...I will soon be at the point to just leave it turquoise and move on.

  15. Thanks, My ultimate goal is be able to recreate this photo in 1.25th scale I have the Hemi dart, and the Charger done already Once this dart is finished, I'll move on to the 68 Coronet RT

  17. welcome along for the ride. I retired last year , And have dove right back in the model building again and really enjoying it I can sit ( and usually do ) sit at the work bench for hours on end
  18. Nope, other than decals and plug wires its all the pieces in the Hemi dart kit Keep in mind, The Rear suspension is exclusive to the Hemi dart version

  22. Im aware of the SS/A hemi cars. I already have that one built Im working on the less known SS/EA 440 auto car . Bob Lambeck was primary driver
  23. Anyone know for sure engine color on this particular car. Instructions says Chrysler red( orange ) A 1968 440 or 383 GTS Darts engine would be turquoise in color
  24. Nope. Making my own Its a Kit I body I cut the roof off of. Used the MPC 1968 Body as a guide . Molded sunvisors are from Revell Dart kit. 1968 kit on right my 1970 on left Got the resin RT stuff from harts parts ....I think. It's been a while so not 100% sure
