  1. original 1969 issue Nascar Daytona headers. Also,,,,, I came across this . The restoration of the original #88 Dodge Daytona of Charlie Glotzbach https://www.bigirongarage.com/1969-dodge-charger-daytona-dc-93
  2. Im afraid at this point. I'll take what i can get. Just not in 1.18th scale. They take up way to much room on the shelf. I've kinda given up hope of a stryene kit ever happening
  3. Steve. At least that one is available in 1.24th scale diecast.
  4. I would LOVE to have this one in typical kit scale https://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Acme-1-18-1970-Dodge-D-300-Ramp-Truck-Burnt-Orange-A1801900/373136545671?hash=item56e0abd787:g:uMkAAOSwzaJfKHdt
  5. One of these days We all strive to be at this level. Oh who am I kidding, Not a chance I bow to the master
  6. Lets certainly hope so . Keeping fingers crossed it happens , but i'm not holding my breath
  7. Apparently this is a new exhibit ,,,Or is it ? Celebrating 50 years of the Funnycar
  8. Wayne, I actually have that scoop here , ( no ideas what its out of ) and its REALLY far off. Might be easier to make one from scratch. And If I do that, I''l just use the resin sixpack hood I have on hand already . Best I can find out so far with my digging is the sixpack hood car is / was a 1970. The wedge looking scoop is the 71-72 car
  9. I might just go the sixpack hood route. I have a few of them here already
  10. Just ckd both of them . A few on Comp resin is close, but not close enough to pull that trigger Dont see anything on Bandits site
  11. I like it. great color combination
  12. edit, answered my own question. I need to find just the scoop i guess
  13. Is the scoop molded with the hood or separate.?
  14. Yes. But it would not be an RT. Would be probably 383 2bbl
  15. There was no Challenger RT convertible in 71.
  16. Anyone know of a source to replicate this hood
  17. Just for reference. Appears to be either 1970 or 1971 Hemi B body Plymouth. Nascar Steel tube headers used . Not the earlier kit supplied pieces
  18. I have serious doubts this style header was used on anything after maybe 1964 or 65 . These are a copy of the exhaust used on the factory built 1964 and 1965 Race hemi cars. By 1970 NOTHING used them as far as I know PS, is the correct bathtub nascar intake even avail in stryene form ?
  19. Hard to compare really, Tamaya is the benchmark . Revell is also very nice. But the 2 manufacturers have virtually nothing in common subject matter wise Since Tamaya makes NOTHING that's of interest to me odds are I will never build anything of theirs
  20. One of ,if not the sexiest cars ever produced
  21. Same here, And Im not going to hold my breath for it either
  22. Car has been around the auction circuit a few times, never sells. heard owner wants $650K IMO, never gonna happen
