bbowser
So Harry stole my thunder with his gorgeous 1/16 build, but i'll put mine up anyway . It's the Joan Crawford car, but I went with a black and charcoal gray scheme. My first Tamiya kit and I've got to say I'm impressed. Not a big parts count but everything goes together easily and looks good when finished. I added some BMF trim to the hood and beltline, left off the little chrome do-dads on the front fenders. Comments welcome, thanks for looking!
sjordan2
Yours is superb. Bear in mind that Harry's kit is 1/16 while yours is 1/24.

Harry P.
Cool! The wheels look great, I like that look. But... no doodads? BTW... two different '33 Cadillac Town Cars posted within a day of each other? Is this a cool forum or what?

Eric Macleod
I love these old Classics. I have this kit from years ago and felt it was just fantastic. I especially like the brown leather look in the chauffer's compartment. Beautiful model! I agree with Harry-neat to have two '33 Cadillacs to compare! PowerPlant
Some of you seem adamant about this being a Tamiya kit... Anyone have a pic of the Tamiya box? Just curious, because I was convinced this was an original Italeri release...
bbowser
Tamiya? Isn't this the Italeri kit? Looks great either way! You're absolutely correct, I went back and looked and it is the Italeri kit. My mistake (it still went together good ) Thanks to everyone for all the nice comments, very much appreciated! Kenny B
Bruce, Looks very nice and you do have the hood ornament. Harry is missing his I might have a Rubber duck one I can give him. ( just kidding Harry) Both cars are works of art. Ken.
Art Anderson
Also sold by Italeri. This 1/24 scale kit originated at Italeri. I am completely unaware of any Tamiya release of it? Hmmmmm...... Art
