I've finally gotten this one done. I Like this coral paint. It goes on smooth & buffs to a nice shine.

Looks great!  Old tool or not, it is a great kit. The addition of the quarter trim really completes it.

I used the side trim from a trumpeter '60 Pontiac for the quarter trim since the Ford kit didn't come with it. It worked great.

BTW... I love that Krylon "Short Cuts" paints myself. Use it all the time.

Just one question... and I could be wrong... but wasn't the clear roof panel on those cars made of Plexiglass that was tinted a very obvious green?
