Dann Tier Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 This is a Dyoshua model kit. I had to lower all of the suspension to the correct height.
Miatatom Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 Great job! Makes me want to watch Goldfinger again.
spencer1984 Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 Beautiful work! I had one of these kits years ago, and never could quite get it to look right...so hats off to you for getting such great results from a very tough kit. What color did you use for the silver?
Snake45 Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 Very nice indeed! Wish I could find one of these I could afford....
Dann Tier Posted October 18, 2015 Author Posted October 18, 2015 thanx everybody! the color is Dupliclor Radiant Silver.
Plastheniker Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 Dann, another outstanding build, as attractive as the 1:1 DB5 (and certainly much better than the movie). IMO the most impressive picture is the shot through the sliding roof.
donb Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 Love the DB's. Such a great looking car and you nailed it.
Mark M Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 Great job! My first favorite film car of all time...Excellent.
HotRodaSaurus Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 A great model I remember these being sold off cheap at a hobby chain in the UK, the standard kit without the trick parts was around double price. Was a Toyota convertible also produced? Just wondered if anyone has built the 1/8 model. I recently saw a built up for sale, It came in about 100 weekly parts but also looked too tall.
Harry P. Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 Outstanding. Terrific attention to detail and an extremely clean model. If you add a black wash to those wheels you can make an excellent model that much better.
Dann Tier Posted October 19, 2015 Author Posted October 19, 2015 thanx again everyone! Dyoshua did produce the Toyota seen in You only live twice, John Tee, but for some strange reason did it in 1/20 scale. I believe that Gunze Sanyo has it in 1/24, if you can find it.

Cheers, wish I had bought a couple now . Did see the Gunze kit a while back at a car show but it was a built up glue bomb so left it.
GeeBee Posted October 19, 2015 Posted October 19, 2015 Beautiful and super clean build, what's not to like ? ....
Eric Macleod Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 This is beyond cool. Very nicely done model.
