martinfan5 Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 Built another Featherlite-ish race car transporter, or AKA, "hauler", this one will be transporting the new NASCAR kits, anyways, this is 99% scratchbuilt, the only kit parts used are the wheels/tires from Moebius. Its finished enough for photo's, there are still a lot of little things I can do it , but for now.
slusher Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 Fantastic work Jonathan. Have you decided on a sponsor yet?
gatorincebu Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 Some serious quality scratch building going on here. That is one impressive trailer. I like it. Be Well Gator
Petetrucker07 Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 You've built another awesome rig man. Looks great. The white really makes it look good.
OlSchoolRedo Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 Outstanding job Jonathan!, I'll be keeping an eye peeled for this combination when its all completed for sure.
towman1271 Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 Amazing job.. you nailed all the details perfect
Danno Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 Wow. Trailer looks GREAT! But why did you go to the trouble to scratch build that Lone Star when Moebius makes such a dynamite kit?
kilrathy10 Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 (edited) You've done it again, my friend.....Another outstanding build....Love all the details....It has been a pleasure watching this build, and even better that it's now finished enough for you to show.....Very nice work on the trailer and truck....Awesome work.....I've got a new favorite, now..... mikemodeler Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 That is awesome! Can't wait to see some color on it.
iamsuperdan Posted January 6, 2016 Posted January 6, 2016 Really impressed with the trailer. I really need to get some practice in on scratchbuilding, try to get to this kind of level! The Lonestar looks great. I like that you didn't try for any crazy paint schemes. The simple white is perfect.
Ack! Ack-ack! Posted January 19, 2016 Posted January 19, 2016 Excellent work, looks good even in plain white.
