Great work and attention to detail. The body seals and bumpers really sell it.

I like seeing these with proper wheels and stickers on them.

WOW....you really captured the patina of a car that's been around the block a few times, and yet is still able to pull-off some newer upgrades without having to go through a complete re-build. Nice work Stefan!

most realistic scale beetle i ever saw .. the patina is soo convincing .. it all just screams realism ...

if you would take pics of this one outdoors in the right setting ... you couldnt tell its a model

Very cool Beetle!  There was one looks just like your model that is for sale here...Wish I had the 2k cause thats a great price for a 1:1 that runs and has a clean title.

Looks good, would look great if it was shiny instead of rusty.

 

Nice! I miss the Cal Bug days!

It supposed to become a clean Callooker with Fuchs-rims, but the paintwork didn´t turned out well. So I lowered and weathered it.

 

 

 

Beautiful build! Looks so real. Love the weathering! Are those BRM wheels available online?
