Mr Stock Posted February 21, 2016 Posted February 21, 2016 Here's my take on this great kit. I built this one as a brand new factory fresh pickup, ordered in Wimbledon white with the painted grille and bumpers instead of chrome and of course that sweet straight six motor. The kit went together very well there are a couple of errors in the instructions, the cross member that fixes to the underside of the interior floor needs to be glued on the opposite way to the instructions, and the side marker lamps on the bedside need the holes drilled for the fixing pins before painting. Like a lot of others who have built this model I struggled with fitting the glass, the windshield was tricky to say the least. But here she is, comments and criticisms welcomed.
mikemodeler Posted February 21, 2016 Posted February 21, 2016 I'd say you nailed it! That is a very nice, well detailed example of that truck.
