DeeCee Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Just a basic build to clear the head, a bit of lowering, Wheels from the 50' Old's kit, made some fender covers, and Teal auto acrylic, with a white interior.
Crazy Ed Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 " Just a Basic Build To Clear the Head" He Sez. Well Dale you cleared mine like a Dozen Thai Chilis! What a Great Paint Job (and I don't even Like Teal!). And the Fender Skirts look wonderful.
peter31a Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Very nice mild custom 40 Ford. Really like the colour combo. Kudos!
rickcaps55 Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Awesome very nice it's right on 50's or 60's street rod.! I really like the way you placed the turn lights and the rear lights that's a nice touch great color combo.!!!
GTJUNIOR Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Very nice. Personally not a fan of the fender skirts, but this looks great.
James2 Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 I like it too! I would ask why the chrome drip rail but not the belt line?
DeeCee Posted April 9, 2016 Author Posted April 9, 2016 I like it too! I would ask why the chrome drip rail but not the belt line? Thanks very much men.. James, just a personal choice mate, i did not want to do the belt line, didn't like it that way, and the shape of the drip rail is the same as the rear line on the fender covers i made, just doing things different, as usual...
Sixties Sam Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 Beautiful! Great finish, and I like how you put lights in the bumper mount slots. Great idea! The skirts are cool, too! Good work!Sam
Harry P. Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 Beautifully done! Love that color! And very clever with the front turn signals! But may I suggest a black wash on the hubcaps to bring out the details and tone done the "model" look? (and fix that big ding on the center bar of the grille)...

Cheers guys, Harry, i will keep that black wash in mind for wheels, i only ever did it on grills before. The ding in the grill is perfectly molded into it, and chromed, i thought it was a part of the grill........
