This one, because there's no other way on Earth a major company would make a kit of a 1921 Oldsmobile.

Too bad they didn't make it a 3-in-1 with a stock touring body and rear fenders.

They made it even better :o

Yes, and quite a few Stock Car fans where not happy! The first issue of the kit still had some of the Stock Car parts, like the cage, steering wheel and engine parts and the most glaring of them all, the flush rear window.

But, it was the flush rear window that made me read up on Charger as a kid to learn what it was all about.

The reissue of the 1/16th General from about 2010 still was just the stock car kit with the full racing chassis and no "real" interior, just stock front bucket seats, interior door panels, and a very poor attempt of a stock dash. The rear window was corrected as it was in the 1/25th scale Chargers, the Daytona/500 flush window was changed to the coved window.

I don't think the Daytona flush backlite was ever in the MPC 1/16th kits.

The ad is talking about the 1/16th scale kit .

I think Daddyfink is refering to the original 1/25th scale kit. Which would be correct. ;)

I'm not sure, but this may be a spoof (though it has an Ungar logo on the box)

If we're allowed aircraft, I'll have to dig out a pic of my Revell 1/32 Black Sheep Squadron F4U-1 Corsair.

I might have an old Aurora P-51H in a Twelve O'clock High box, too. I have that kit in two different boxes but I don't remember exactly which ones.

Aurora did some Rat Patrol stuff, too.

It really looks like an H model

The kit IS an H model. For years, many thought it was a really crummy D. I bought one off eBay a couple years ago I'm gonna rebuild as a gear-up "desk model."

The Corsair box you showed is the one I have. And I forgot, I actually have that 1941 P-40, too!

Here's my glue bomb Aurora H as it sits at the moment:

And then this happened....

The Hardcastle and McCormick truck is the one I'd like to see come. Not for the TV tie in, which I could care less about. But, for the GMC stepside. That is cool.
