Here's a AMT 1966 Mustang Coupe, I built to replicate the one my dad had back in 1966. I used a set of styled steel wheels from a '66 Fairlane GT kit. It's a factory Ford color "Dark Ivy Green Poly" (metallic)
Thanks for Looking & Enjoy.  :)

Great looking Mustang! Color looks spot on and I like the black paint on the wheels.

You probably noticed the glass hanging down by now. Should be an easy fix. I always seem find my mistakes in photos. Can't find 'em with my eyes anymore!

Is that the kit radiator?  I cannot remember if it is a separate part.

Yes it's the kit Radiator, I lost the one for it and had to replace it, and I forgot to paint it. LOL!!

Looks like a rare albino radiator!

Yes, I hardly ever glue the chassis in place on my builds, so evidently it slipped out of place when I took the pictures. I take hundreds of Pictures of my builds just for that reason, so I can see my mistakes.I'm the only person I know, that can wear out a Camera!! LOL!!

Looks great!  I did one very similar this year.  Green with tan interior.  Same wheels.  The pad printed tires in the box.  I used the 67 GT chassis I had left from a junker.

Thank You. That's a good Idea using the new tooled 67 Chassis. I have another of each, I was planning on doing a 67 Coupe, using the top and trunk of a 66.

I really like that one, but the hanging glass is a distraction.Easy fix though. I may do my next '66 coupe in that color. In  my stash, I have one that I am going to re-build. It's a little "doggy" right now, in that it needs a lot of work, but after looking at yours, I feel good about the project.
