THIS is solidly cool B)

Love what you are doing here

Happy Easter!!!

Thanks Scott ... I'm gonna take a bit of a break ... the heart's not quite in it and I don't want to screw it up

how's your "crib" going? I thought I'd see a Pocher half done by now?

No Pocher started yet.

We are in the house just before Christmas, still lots to do to finish off

I got a workbench set up, but most everything is in boxes

I hope you post everything here ... a couple years ago you, Cato, and Harry convinced me (indirectly anyway) to get into the Pochers and I got the Fiat just as Harry took a turn for the inevitable and I was about to start this '32 project as a warm-up into 1/8 scale

i plan on getting to the Pocher Fiat next season ...

Ya, I will do a good workbench/ workspaces and garage posting when they are decently organized

These guys have a short attention spans so I didn't do a work in progress thread ;)

Harry's passing has hit me pretty hard, but inspired me back to car building love

Opening up that big Pocher Bugatti kit is going to be super weird....miss that dude-_-

I encourage both of you to start your Pochers. You both certainly have the skills to do great ones.

Besides, Harry would want you to...

Good to see this one back Mike..

Can you cut the pins off and build a new manifold 90 * down,..?

Keep at it brother... Cheers

Hey thanks Bruce.

Shortly after posting I played around and suddenly remembered I built the manifold with nuts made from tube stock inside the block on each exhaust so that I could swivel them to accommodate any angle ... I wish I took pics

I really want the side exhausts to complement those giant heads stickin out of the car. Those Alpha guys woulda wet their pants at that scene ...

it won’t be easy though

Maybe a wheel well looking indentation in the fenders? It looks as though the exhaust would be behind the front wheel turning radius.

I like the work you are doing on this. Nice color choice also.

You took long enough just so I could return to hassle you :P

Looking good, man B)

Lol ... bring it on, but know this is a fantasy build so I can do what I want :)

I hope things are well with you Scott

Thanks Andy. That will be my option if I can’t fit otherwise .

the other problems are the water lines over the top of the engine and the steering box room ... but those are down the road

I like where you're going with this.  There's a distinct vintage Alfa Romeo look to it.

Thanks Richard. Good observation. The ‘32 Le Mans winning Alpha is giving me a lotta inspiration ... but where the Alpha went long, this is goin’ wide
