I built this one up as a curbside over 20 years ago. No motor and no interior. For the decal - I took a picture of the real car door, got it developed and made a color copy on paper, cut it out and elmers glued them on. This was way before digital cameras were affordable.

Here is my AMT 49 Ford RCMP car I built about five years ago.  Used Tamiya flat black and tan and clear coated with Testor's one shot clear.  Decals are from Canadian Police Car Decals - I cannot find them on the web anymore.

Started out as a Ferrari Testarossa... Ferrari F-40 rear end ... Pontiac Banshee rear end turned upside down for the front end ... and the bubble top off the Banshee... Police equipment from the Crown Vic kit .... Homemade Canton, Ohio PD decals....

This is the first time ive ever seen this done in model form. The real one is on display at our state fair every year and Ive got a couple pictures of it. This is spot on, great job.

I guess this is a resin kit? Are these still available? This is one cool kit... nicely built

Yes is a resin transkit, made by Missing Link Resin. You will need the AMT Ford 1970 Galaxie police interceptor for chassis and other small police details. Thanks for the kind words about my model.

That is cool.  I see Daisy getting away in the background.  :)

Poor old Rosco.   Boss Hog isn't going to be happy.
