I haven't seen them at my local Hobby Lobby, but I picked mine up at my local hobby shop and have seen them for sale at a swap meet last weekend also.

I checked the Dekalb HL and my Dad and Sister checked the Dekalb Michaels today, negatory on both of those places, but Brian's Hobby also on Rt 23 in Dekalb has a few. Don't have the money for one at full price right now (did pick up those AMT L60's though!), so I'll probably go back next weekend for one.

I often pay "full price" to support my local hobby shop, as I do NOT want to see it fold like I've seen many other hobby shops do in the past.

I can't tell if it's a reflection or not, but does that orange Charger have a faint bumble bee stripe on the front fender also?

That looks like a shadow to me.

Bringing this one back from the dead.....

I was just on ebay and noticed these kits are going for 85 bucks each..... Why?.....

Because the last time this kit was made was 2017, supply and demand.  Glad to see it coming back.

I bought one new when they first came out.... Chances are the price will drop when the new version hits the shelves....

Quick refresher on what this kit looks like with Round2 tires and Rallyes pilfered from the Sox & Martin 'Cuda that doesn't need 'em...

In addition to it being 7 years it also came out a few months before Hobbico imploded and I don't believe the factory stock kit has ever received a "in the catalog" refresh most kits get when stock runs low. The '70 Charger was a strong seller when it was released. That additional run of kits got lost in the sale and all the machinations of Revell US being reconstituted under the new ownership, so once the initial run sold out there never were any more kits.

I was very lucky to get the first rendition of the stock Revell 70 Charger R/T to go with my 68 R/T, Dick Landy, and Bullitt Bad Guys, and several of the 69 R/T and Daytona kits. I even stated to restore the MPC 70 I built in 70, with Modelhaus parts to bring it back to life, as the only thing I had from it was the hood and the interior tub. The chassis and running gear was coming from a AMT 69 GTX  to make it a 440 Six Pack car.

I love the Panther Pink/ white interior combo on the 70 as I bought several cans of Testors Model Master Mopar High Impact Colors for future projects in various colors I like.

In a year or two, they will probably reissue the '70 with parts from both versions (stock and F&F) and call it a 'Special Edition'....

Well Rob sorry to say ...but the new reissue just has new decals ...that's it ... bummer I was hoping for new wheels or something .....
and it has the 440 call out decal for the hood but NO 440 ENGINE IS INCLUDED !!! 😇👍
