Hmann68 Posted August 31, 2017 Posted August 31, 2017 Looks great! Nice and clean! Had this kit years ago, yours makes me want another
smhardesty Posted August 31, 2017 Posted August 31, 2017 Really nice looking gasser. I love the fact that it's box stock. Most of my builds will be box stock. When I see a great looking build like this I know there is hope for my builds! Thanks for posting.
Misha Posted September 1, 2017 Posted September 1, 2017 Wow, great build Tom! Really enjoying your recent work, very clean and pro. Since it's an OOB build, I was curious if it was allowed to run without the top? Want to build an authentic gasser and to save the roof a Le Mans build of the stock kit (which doesn't include it)Congrats on this build,Cheers Misha
bogger44 Posted September 1, 2017 Posted September 1, 2017 That's a clean, and great, box stock build. That silver looks good on it.
Metaldrumm Posted September 1, 2017 Posted September 1, 2017 Really liking this ,the silver and rims set this model off
PARTSMARTY Posted September 1, 2017 Posted September 1, 2017 awesome, really looks great , some nice workx2
Impalow Posted September 1, 2017 Posted September 1, 2017 Nice work Tom! Cant wait to see it in person!
espo Posted September 1, 2017 Posted September 1, 2017 Very clean build and shows just how great this model looks in colors other than Candy Red.
Ace-Garageguy Posted September 1, 2017 Posted September 1, 2017 Yes, exceptionally clean. Great looking paint, fine model overall. Just about impossible to drive with that roll-bar location though. Revell apparently goofed on that.
geetee66 Posted September 1, 2017 Posted September 1, 2017 I dig it!Looks very clean and crisp. Makes me want to get one! I love gassers!
smhardesty Posted September 1, 2017 Posted September 1, 2017 Since it's an OOB build, I was curious if it was allowed to run without the top? Want to build an authentic gasser and to save the roof a Le Mans build of the stock kit (which doesn't include it)Don't hold me to this. If memory serves me the rules for running any car either without a top, or a convertible with top down, required the vehicle to be equipped with both a cage and a 5 point harness. Maybe somebody else could elaborate, or correct me.
