espo Posted January 14, 2018 Posted January 14, 2018 Looks amazing especially when you look at what you had to start with.

Eric Macleod Posted January 14, 2018 Posted January 14, 2018 I have messed with these slush casts before. They make great junkyard dioramas. You sir have made one into a work of art. Well done.
Phildaupho Posted January 15, 2018 Posted January 15, 2018 Talk about "a silk purse from a sow's ear". You really pulled this one off.
D. Battista Posted January 15, 2018 Posted January 15, 2018 Nice job on that Packard....! seeing how you shined that one up, makes me want to tackle the one I aquired through the years of collecting... I always thought it was an aweful piece... you made yours look good...! 49 minutes ago, Phildaupho said: Talk about "a silk purse from a sow's ear". You really pulled this one off.

dimaxion Posted January 15, 2018 Posted January 15, 2018 Quite a beauty . A TKM Slush Cast Model . Yes , I have one and the companion '55 . Both of these are stillborn WIP's . Your efforts are appreciated by me for one . Thanx ..
W-409 Posted January 15, 2018 Posted January 15, 2018 Wow that was a rough starting point! To be honest if I was a resin caster I simply couldn't sell anything that bad... Despite that you turned that thing into a beautiful model. I'm sure many people would have given up even before they started, so my hat is off to you for actually building it and making it look that good.
unclescott58 Posted January 15, 2018 Posted January 15, 2018 I can't add anything new to what others above have already said.
