Just finished up another one of those 15 dollar boat kits from China . Same crummy instructions and parts are lacking and not enough rigging to do a proper job but having done another one from these folks made this one easier .

What scale is that ? I'm looking for boats for my train layout , for the waterfront . I've bought several of the Lindberg fishing boats and need a couple more for diversity .

Ray , how tall is the door , actual measurement ? I model O scale trains , so 6' is about 1 1/2" tall.

Nice!  Have you build any plastic kit since the time you've "gone wood"?

Did the Datsun pick up because I had a real one. Thinking of doing another Cobra.

Side doors are 1 inch but the rear doors are shorter.

GILLIGAN!!

Nice build, seriously.  I started out with sailing warships and battleships before I fell under the spell of cars, so I really like this.

Good build!

Thanks much guys. Even with the problems I have had with these wooden boat models I have enjoyed building and learning from them. A world different than plastic kits. Room needed to display them is a problem. :D
