niteowl7710 Posted September 28, 2018 Author Posted September 28, 2018 370Z Heritage. Red boxes show new parts, which is the front bumper & parts and the wheels as predicted. Nice to see they included the silver stripes that the black version uses. Appears the body itself is going to be molded in Banana Yellow. The 2019 version is also available in white, red & dark blue which all use the black striping.

Chuck Kourouklis Posted September 28, 2018 Posted September 28, 2018 Suure, sign me up. Do I spy one of those open chassis plates grouped in the Starion shots behind?
afx Posted September 29, 2018 Posted September 29, 2018 (edited) There should be no body molding along the sills of the SCRS, hope they correct that. Edited September 29, 2018 by afx

MrObsessive Posted September 29, 2018 Posted September 29, 2018 Ooooh! I like what I see so far! I just hope it's not cantankerous to put together like the last Revell kit I did (BMW 850i).
The Creative Explorer Posted September 29, 2018 Posted September 29, 2018 This should be the glue version, the 356 coupe that is due in september/oktober is a snap-kit. From the first look on the part-count; I can't say I am very excited, it seems quite simplefied.
mike 51 Posted September 29, 2018 Posted September 29, 2018 I just saw the prices for those new Revell 356s....ouch! then there's the 1/16th deal....

1972coronet Posted September 29, 2018 Posted September 29, 2018 Has anyone -- any kit manufacturer -- made a Toyota Stout ? I would LOVE to have one of those !

Chuck Kourouklis Posted October 2, 2018 Posted October 2, 2018 That Lancia is on like Kong. Diggin' the Starion too, waay more than I woulda when it was new - looks like it's got space between the strut towers, huh? If not the first release, maybe a later one... But man. Looks like Aoshima is gonna leave it to us to spackle that bashed area between the doors and front fenders again on the Huracan.

Looks like Aoshima is gonna leave it to us to spackle that bashed area between the doors and front fenders again on the Huracan. I've seen every 3D render of that Starion, and while there is certainly a separate engine bottom, I have not (in my limited importance of knowing a guy who knows a guy) seen any renders of an engine top nor an engine bay. I suspect it will be much like the Audi's where it's there as part of the suspension, rather than anything of import. The Starion was used in AJTCC/Gr A/Macau racing, and was also a tarmac rally car, and Mitsubishi was working on making what was in effect a 4WD version to be used in Gr. B. Rally. The last one of course was somewhat stillborn due to the death of Gr. B, but was still campaigned in a number or rallys between '83-'89 in prototype and experimental classes. The AWD (nee Starion 4WD as it was called) used the transfer case off a Pajero (Montero) behind the transmission and well you can't exactly engrave that into the chassis of a touring car. niteowl7710 Posted October 2, 2018 Author Posted October 2, 2018 Also this would be the upcoming Liberty Walk Nissan GT-R, the one that Jonathan posted is the kit that came out over the summer of the "v1.5" that had the updates to the 2017 spec nose & tail trim.
niteowl7710 Posted October 2, 2018 Author Posted October 2, 2018 (edited) After a long delay the '01 Nissan Skyline (R34) 25GT Turbo was shown. The middle sign in Japanese is actually an apology note, saying the kit will be released at the end of November. Two kits, one is "Optional Wheels" which includes a set of TE-37s, which are rather uninspired options. The few new parts in the Pagani to make it more windy. Also Aoshima has tooled up a new set of wheels for the "Uretane" bumper MG-B Edited October 2, 2018 by niteowl7710
niteowl7710 Posted October 2, 2018 Author Posted October 2, 2018 Audi S1 is ready to roll out later this month...
Roncla Posted October 3, 2018 Posted October 3, 2018 That Audi has Buy Me written all over it. HLJ have put a video up covering the show.
