Nacho Z Posted September 24, 2018 Posted September 24, 2018 Wow, that is a very nice Porsche! I really like the backdrop as well. It makes the pictures of the model so much more realistic, to my eye at least. Great job!

Tommy124 Posted May 20, 2022 Author Posted May 20, 2022 Hi folks, 3 1/2 years on, I felt the need to re-work the paint finish on the Porsche. I used a bit too much of the 2K clear back then which resulted in the panel lines being "flooded" in the front bonnet. It always annoyed me, looking at the model in the showcase, So I decided to scribe the lines open and do some sanding and polishing on areas that had a bit of orange peel. I like it better now! 2
beeRS Posted May 25, 2022 Posted May 25, 2022 Very nice. You done well to fit the front and rear body panels so nicely. I found the fit of those parts awful in this kit. You made it look good though. I also build Fujimi’s 928 S4, and the panel fit on that one was fine.
Tommy124 Posted May 25, 2022 Author Posted May 25, 2022 Thanks Sonny. You're absolutely right, this kit is the worst of the (Fujimi) bunch. The S4 and GT are better.
