geetee66 Posted October 14, 2018 Posted October 14, 2018 I first saw one of these earlier this year and had to build a model of it. I made the roll cage, battery, fuel cell, exhaust, rear quarter windows, washer bottle, fan and radiator. Aftermarket parts were; Detail Master 5-point harnesses, 13" aluminium wheels from Scaleproductions.de, resin Honda B-18 V-Tec engine from Studio 81, resin louvres from Arcer fine transfers, aluminium extinguisher, braided hose and fittings, and a decal on the roof. I hope you like it
Koellefornia Kid Posted October 14, 2018 Posted October 14, 2018 Very nicely done and awesome detail work! Unfortunately, I´m over 6 feet tall, so I just won´t fit into a real one, but I guess taking a ride in such a pocket rocket would be fun!
espo Posted October 14, 2018 Posted October 14, 2018 I enjoy looking at all of the detail work on the interior and chassis. Almost a shame it has to hide under the body. I would love to see the 1:1 inspiration for this build.

Phildaupho Posted October 15, 2018 Posted October 15, 2018 Very well engineered Mini. I have seen a couple 1/1 V-Tecs in front but never in the rear.
Chuck Most Posted October 16, 2018 Posted October 16, 2018 I love it! That's one way to get around having to stretch the nose for a Honda swap.
geetee66 Posted October 27, 2018 Author Posted October 27, 2018 Thanks very much guys it was great fun to build
