Paul Hettick Posted February 5, 2019 Posted February 5, 2019 Built from a Modelhaus trans kit using the AMT 58 Belvedere for a donor. I helped create the master for this one. Straightened out the AMT "leaping fish" body. 2
MrObsessive Posted February 5, 2019 Posted February 5, 2019 Super Gorgeous Paul! Looks soooooo much better than what RC2 gave us! BTW that is a super sharp color! What is that?
Ramfins59 Posted February 5, 2019 Posted February 5, 2019 Great looking model Paul. I love the interior.
spencer1984 Posted February 5, 2019 Posted February 5, 2019 I always liked these Plymouths, beautiful job on this!
Michael in Illinois Posted February 5, 2019 Posted February 5, 2019 Way cool Plymouth, what color did you use?
StevenGuthmiller Posted February 5, 2019 Posted February 5, 2019 That’s just straight sexy!!! Where do I find one of these trans-kits? I know........probably not going to happen. Steve
iamsuperdan Posted February 6, 2019 Posted February 6, 2019 Excellent colour choice. Man, that looks good.
ChrisBcritter Posted February 6, 2019 Posted February 6, 2019 Excellent work, Paul - how about describing your modifications on the body? (Bill, let's hear your ideas too - you and Paul could maybe compare notes?)
Lovefordgalaxie Posted February 6, 2019 Posted February 6, 2019 Most excellent build!! The '58 version of the Belvedere is the only Mopar I would seriously think about buying in 1:1 scale.

(Bill, let's hear your ideas too - you and Paul could maybe compare notes?) Chris, I would do to the Plymouth pretty much the same I did with this Plymouth. There are some other changes I'd do to the body as well. Not to hijack the thread, but I can think of at least 3 areas on the RC2 body that IMO would need changing when I get around to starting on it.
