Jurva Posted March 13, 2019 Posted March 13, 2019 This project started when I found 1/32 Hispano Suiza WWI engine. It is designed in 1915. So I had to find something to put it on. Behold the Smer 1912 Mercer. Awful kit, but it was cheap and perfect for 1915's engine. Some cutting and lengthening, so the engine would fit. Better tires from parts box, Eduard gauges etc. Lots of modifications. You see them when comparing to box art. Last photos are with 1/32 Hino Contessa. It looks so small.
Deathgoblin Posted March 13, 2019 Posted March 13, 2019 Neat! I bet that'd have some torque. I like it a lot.
espo Posted March 13, 2019 Posted March 13, 2019 Very cool. This could have happened back then if someone would have thought about it.
mr moto Posted March 13, 2019 Posted March 13, 2019 WOW! That's thinking outside the box. I just love it!
Bainford Posted March 13, 2019 Posted March 13, 2019 Great concept. I love aero engine cars, the older the better, and this fits the bill. So cool.
