I am calling this one done! I'm not really happy with the clear coat, it would not go on smooth. I decided to leave it alone though rather than trying to polish it. Knowing me, I would wind up ruining the decals and BMF:unsure:.

Nice and clean Greg! OH!..............you sharpened those quarter window corners! Excellent!

A little suggestion for the clear----if you're worried about rubbing through the decals and BMF, you can always cover over them with some Parafilm if you want to rub it out. There's no adhesive on the Parafilm so you don't have to worry about them peeling up if you were to use tape for instance.

Yes, thanks for the tip about the quarter windows in my trim scriber thread! I have a couple coats of clear on top of the decals and BMF but I am OK with it the way it is. Next one will be better...I promise!:) Thanks all for the compliments.

Looks pretty good overall Greg. We all have a bad paint/clear day every now and then. You did a fantastic job on the engine detail. Are those decals on your hoses? That’s s real nice touch there. And you already know I like what you did with those wheels. Nice job.

Very nice Cuda! Every model that any of us ever built has something that we don’t like about it. In my opinion the details and clean build make your car look great! A little orange peel so what ?

I really like your Cuda. I think the color is a nice color, not too bright and eye popping, but not too dull or too subtle either just a nice neutral color.

Well my plates showed up today, so now it is actually finished (except for putting the Hemi hood back on) !
