I no longer have the box but mine was released in the 2000's and has no mention of Hogans Heroes. Just had a pic of a generic military Jeep on the box.

Not really surprising.  Referencing a 50+ year old tv show that even in syndication probably hasn't been widely available in 20 years.  They'd still have to pay royalties no doubt.

Here's a real oddball that was in the Fantasy Island  TV series as well as a Charlie's Angels movie: a 1978 Volare T-top Wagon !

Is it a prop of some sort? I've never seen the show, looks like it's held in position with stilts or something.

Those are probably special effects mortar cannons; it gets blown up in this scene per IMCDb. The scene is from the movie Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle.

If it got released I can see builders converting it back to a station wagon!

Better yet, give us the wagon with optional parts to make the F.I. surrey car!

Dodge power wagon from the ''Simon and Simon " television series

Yes!!

With Round 2's reissue of the Dodge LB pickup, add the 4x4 suspension 1980 cab and hood and decals. Good enough for me!

They could also make it a series, using this kit...

For this car...

And this....

Or Honorable Mention if Monogram reissues this one.

I know the grill and hood was different in an 80 Dodge pick up but the cab was the same. Does the reissue have the 4x4 option?

Make mine a Sport Wagon

Greg, in the 1980s, Don Graham, the late Bruce Treadwell and I built models of these and showed them at the Beverly Hilton in '86. Don did the red Gillis car, Bruce did the blue version and I did the Chrisman version. David Dale posted a picture of Bruce's about a week ago on the Spotlight Hobbies board. in one of his "more randon models" posts.

Nice.. until I seen that sports coupe behind it! What is that? It looks amazing whatever it is! Round2, your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to make that thing!

That looks like a "what ever year the foreground car is" Road Runner. 79? 80? MPC did a couple years of those in 1/25.

'78 Volare Road Runner. MPC made the annual back in the day. The '80 was re-released just a couple years ago and should be relatively easy to find.

oh, cool! I'll do a searcher for that. Would definitely like one of those in the collection.

The highway patrol car is cool. Quite a bit of potential with a Volare wagon it seems. If Round2 did a 2 in 1 with T top wagon option I think it would do well.

Maybe some potential with a model.  The 1-to-1:  no.  Smog strangled 318 c.i., light bar, several hundred lbs of extra dead weight-pretty much everything behind the passenger seat.  Max speed, hurricane tailwind aided, downhill=75mph.  Sergeants had to give direct orders for them to be taken on patrol.  Can confirm. I'd build one just so I could blow it up.
