vamach1 Posted February 21, 2020 Posted February 21, 2020 Interesting twist on the Drag Team. Since it does represent a historical racer you could always add some Twister decals. Very nice job. It reminds me of the M2 1/64 diecasts where they add a sponsor theme and paint job to the same molds to sell more diecasts.
dragmodels44 Posted February 23, 2020 Posted February 23, 2020 Beautiful. I love the Ford Drag Team cars!
Bainford Posted February 24, 2020 Posted February 24, 2020 Good looking Torino. It has a real period thing going on. Very cool!
GoodbuildNY Posted February 24, 2020 Author Posted February 24, 2020 Thank you to everyone for the compliments. The idea was based on a what if the Ford Drag team ran a Torino in pro stock for 1970 and instead of an east or west team they had a south or north team.

They actually did have a third (Midwest) team in 1970. There was a Maverick and a Torino.
bytownshaker Posted May 23, 2020 Posted May 23, 2020 There was a North Ford team , well real north Ford of Canada had a Drag Team.
