Nynbud you are exactly correct. Yes those are "chemtrails" and the usa doesn't even hide them. They say they're part of weather modification program to combat global warming. I'm being dead serious too

No, they are contrails. They form behind aircraft engines when the planes' exhaust water vapor condenses in cold air. They've been around as long as aircraft have been flying high enough in cold enough air to produce them.

Photos from WW II...

The B-17 pictured could only carry about 4000 pounds of bombs, and its range was additionally weight-limited by the amount of fuel it could carry. No way in hell they carried anything additional to make "chemtrails".

Same goes for the fighters of the day, that often produced a sky full of crisscrossing arcs and lines over England.

Chemtrails are another ignorance-based conspiracy theory, widely rebleated by the interdwerbs.

I've been closely associated with aviation my entire life, and kinda know a little about the reality of it.

You see them behind cars on cold winter mornings!

OH NO! Are they putting it in our gasoline supplies too!!!LOL

Don't see it as much as we did as kids when you would lay out on the grass in the yard watching the clouds and then you saw the twin streak start across the as an airliner passed over head! We thought it was cool to watch as it started getting all squiggly as the jet stream started dissipating it!

WE were 65 miles south of O'Hare  Airport so there was a lot of air traffic over us.

No ace you're not right. Yes contrails are what you say , but there are also chemtrails. Contrails evaporate rather quickly , while chemtrails do not. Look the usa doesn't even say theyre fake. They tell you that they are part of the climate change agenda. Fact not a conspiracy

As a kid in the early 60's would be fishing and watch the jets fly over leaving their trail and then watch as it slowly drifted away sometimes still visibly recognizable more than an hour after.

Just depends on the air temperatures and the wind velocities how fast or slow they will dissipate.

Chemtrails? SOME people just won't be happy until they get this thread locked down, too. :lol:

Please, no.

I would suggest everyone return to model building discussions. Snake has used his gypsy fortunetelling abilities to see in to the future.
