It's a rare kit from a Japanese manufacturer called Modeler's that is no longer in business, of a Lola T89 Formula 3000 car campaigned in the All-Japan F3000 series in, well, Japan, in 1989. It's as true as I could get gleaning from several sources, as specific references of this car are few. The car is powered by a normally aspirated 8-cylinder, 16-valve, overhead cam Mugen engine. I might have to consider thatone myself one day. It will be a while... Have you looked at Indycals? They have some CART decals that could possibly be adapted, or at least be a head start.
