More udate... 

Painted the wheels. The wheels required a little bit of work, they were off center... On the back I replaced the kit tires with some toller I had.

I get it, but I always prefer a firewall without cables...

I used the motor that came with the kit, Not probably correct for 1960, but maye it was swap year later...

Engine in place. Jut to fill up the space in hte engine bay, I added battery and a horn.

Interior painted and weathered.

Agreed!  Believe they would’ve sold a lot of Rancheros if they did a really nice version of the proper Ford six!

For sure! Or at leas put a Ford V8... :)

Almost done with the paint job, need to add some more rust, and it should be done. Made some stencil, and painted all the letters. A the end I did a work truck.

No Portland, but has only 1/24-5 scale tires... :)

I don't remember if somebody gave to me or something that I collected over the years. One memmber of the club I belong gave me different mesh material, and few were from microwave. THanks!

I saw a photo of a used tire truck yesterday on Pinterest with a license plate that read "TIRED". that would make a great for your model.
