Excellent work on the whole build but, that alternator is beautiful
Ian McLaren Posted May 28, 2021 Posted May 28, 2021 In so many of your pictures it's hard to tell if it's a real car or your model, simply tremendous.

charlie libby Posted June 10, 2021 Author Posted June 10, 2021 while waiting for glue and paint to cure i have started the engine for my next project. i started a post in roadrace and saltflats forum.these are the begining of the offy 270 indy style engine. got the mustang body glued on. i droped the mustang hood and a piece broke off .i have to fix and repaint.nice to hear from you larry and francis

AmericanMuscleFan Posted June 13, 2021 Posted June 13, 2021 That's really beautiful Charles! This big block looks so good in the engine bay, you will cross the finish line soon and fast...! ??
charlie libby Posted June 15, 2021 Author Posted June 15, 2021 i am trying to finish. i seem to have alot of problems with glue. i use it like it says and on you tube videos, but i still have pieces just fall off the next day.got to try and figure out why. anyway , its happening slowly because i glue a few pieces and let them sit over night and glue a few more. i have glued the body several times and it does not hold. i have tried a different glue and it seems to be working better. 2
charlie libby Posted July 8, 2021 Author Posted July 8, 2021 i m getting really close to the finnish line. most of it is going well.fuel lines are on.i still have to polish the hood after repainting .its sanded and ready to polish. i can put the hood pin plates on and its done. i took some new pictures after being back in the shop for a couple of days. there are inner and outer door handles and the mirror left also.i am pretty happy with it. i learned alot again and some i wont do on the next ones. i think we all learn what not to do. hoping the next project will come out batter 2
