bisc63 Posted February 15, 2021 Posted February 15, 2021 Not familiar with TKM resins, but that model looks cool! I really like your choice of dark gray metallic; very classy ride!
RomanII Posted February 15, 2021 Posted February 15, 2021 How many hundreds of hours do you have in body prep? It looks amazing for a TKM model.
peteski Posted February 16, 2021 Posted February 16, 2021 I would never believed that this was a TKM slush-cast model. You Sir, are a miracle worker! Is TKM even still around? Probably about 25 years ago I bought a '79-'85 Caddy Eldorado (since I own a 1:1 car), but after receiving and opening the package, back in the box it went. I don't even remember where I stashed it.
StevenGuthmiller Posted February 16, 2021 Posted February 16, 2021 I bought a 1957 Cadillac convertible from TKM many years ago. It more closely resembled a door stop than a '57 Cadillac! Steve
ChrisBcritter Posted February 16, 2021 Posted February 16, 2021 Major contender for the Silk Purse Award!
Kah puts Posted February 16, 2021 Author Posted February 16, 2021 Great comments guys, yah she's a 10 footer, lots of bubbles to fill, misshaped roof and a host of other defects. It was the only Premiere moor door on the Bay . I'm trying to build one of my many rides from my yute.
