I've used Grandt Line items made for the model railroading community...but since the closure of many of the hobby shops in my area I've had to hunt for them online.

I use Grandtline, and Tichey train,( just buy an assortment of sizes and use what is appropriate), but recently I did discover Masterclub resin nuts and bolts, and these are amazing. Again, a very wide variety of sizes and styles. and the price is really good in my opinion.

There was a company called "small parts" and they had a thick catalog full of stuff.... I wonder what happened to them...????

I loved Small Parts Inc. (and their excellent reference catalogs).  They carried so many useful products. Amazon bought them out years ago, and killed them.  Well, you can still find some of their items on Amazon, but the stuff is totally disorganized.  I gave up on the "new" Small Parts inc. There is a company in Florida that seems to use the same part numbering system that Small Parts used, but their inventory is much smaller than what Small Parts used to have.

RB Motion has a high quality selection of small fittings, along with other useful detailing parts. Highly Recommended. www.rbmotion.com

MENG has plastic nuts and bolts in different sizes.  You only have to "shave" them off the backing sheet with a chisel blade.
