89AKurt Posted May 18, 2021 Posted May 18, 2021 1964 Ford Snow Cat Van - For Sale Having the right vehicle makes all the difference in the world in wintery conditions, and you would be very, very hard-pressed to find a better one than this 1964 Ford Falcon Club Wagon. Actually, to be honest, it’s a mashup between the Ford van and a 1974 Snowcat, hence the tracks, and it’s done just as we like. The van body is in beautiful shape and the 302/C6 automatic powertrain is intact. ... Is there a Snowcat model?
Mark Posted May 18, 2021 Posted May 18, 2021 Did a Snowcat come with a 302/C6 powertrain? If not, then it is "intact" from when it was swapped in, as neither existed in 1964...
Khils Posted May 18, 2021 Posted May 18, 2021 (edited) I want one!! That would lessen my distaste for Iowa winters !! ( from a former meter reader) Edited May 18, 2021 by Khils

Richard Bartrop Posted May 18, 2021 Posted May 18, 2021 The Chariot from "Lost in Space" was built on a Snowcat chassis, and Moebius did make a 1/24 kit.
BlackSheep214 Posted May 18, 2021 Posted May 18, 2021 That would be cool to drive during a morning commute to work. LOL!!!
