Looks very nice. I'm working on a Hartman dodge also. It will be box stock. Did you use Camel yellow? Decals are probably ARCA.

That's some excellent work! Neatly done!

Think i found the pic you referenced for decal placement.....I wonder if Nascar really let him run with contingency decals on the doors?

This car was a USAC stock car. They had looser rules than NASCAR did. The front spoiler alone would have disqualified it from nascar.

Nice work as always! NASCAR front spoiler rule was it was the same width as the cars frame rails!!

See! i learned a little something interesting today! Thanks!

I'd still love to have it for myself for 30 minutes up until it ran out of gas.

I used gm code wa9414. And tinted it to be redder than it was originally. Decals are from Powerslide.

Excellent build!!  I got to see this car run a few times.  Butch was a multi-time USAC champion and his equipment was always well maintained.  Yeah, I'm THAT OLD!!

Congrats sir!

A perfect rendition of a beautiful race car.

What are the engines like on this kit relative to the generic stuff they have on their 70's GM offerings?
