happy grumpy Posted October 17, 2021 Posted October 17, 2021 this is the Moebius 4x4 pick up ford 1970. I was a little disappointed when I realized that the truck on the box wasn't exactly what was in the box.I wish they would have give us the parts to make the raised version.Fortunately, fireball modelworks makes a beautiful kit to make it like on the box for those who want to really want this version.Personally I'm fine with this one. 1
Zippi Posted October 18, 2021 Posted October 18, 2021 Good looking Service truck Mario. the paint looks nice.
Jim B Posted October 18, 2021 Posted October 18, 2021 I like it. And you photo backdrops are nice, too.
hct728(Bob) Posted October 18, 2021 Posted October 18, 2021 Neatly done! I see what you mean about the stance, not quite the 4x4 look I expected from this kit. I have plans to add some blocks to the suspension mounts on mine to raise it up. Putting the 4x4 parts on the short frame Flareside. Great photography too, love the dealership background, I can see activity in the windows!
ChrisR Posted October 18, 2021 Posted October 18, 2021 Looks great! I am currently busy building mine with all the Fireball mods.
happy grumpy Posted October 18, 2021 Author Posted October 18, 2021 I am looking forward to see how this truck will look with the excellent kit from Joseph.
espo Posted October 18, 2021 Posted October 18, 2021 Great looking work truck. Very clean looking paint and trim.
Jordan White Posted October 18, 2021 Posted October 18, 2021 I'm liking the basic work truck look, a very clean build! It's unfortunate that Joseph stopped making the F250 conversion to order, however it does appear that Moebius will be coming out with an actual 4x4 F-250 kit in the near future!
Classicgas Posted October 22, 2021 Posted October 22, 2021 Well done sir. I'm actually glad it's not raised. Raised 4x4 truck models are a dime a dozen, it's really nice to see a stock height truck.
Oldcarfan27 Posted October 30, 2021 Posted October 30, 2021 Inspiring build, makes me want to do something with mine.
