espo Posted November 10, 2021 Posted November 10, 2021 Great looking paint and nicely detailed engine.
happy grumpy Posted November 10, 2021 Posted November 10, 2021 Always nice to see a Mopar. I never watched the show but I like what you did with the kit. Nice engine bay. This is my favorite year for the challenger, same for the Cuda. great job all around.

Zippi Posted November 10, 2021 Posted November 10, 2021 Nice looking Challenger. That yellow looks pretty kewl and I always like that HemI engine.
mrmike Posted November 11, 2021 Author Posted November 11, 2021 Thank you Bob! The actual car was IMHO, two different cars. One had the scripts on the hood and a different shade of yellow compared to the car used in the episode, "Jack-Knife" which had no hood scripts and slightly narrower tires.

Jim B Posted November 13, 2021 Posted November 13, 2021 Nice Challenger. Is this the car the Gibbs used to drive?
mrmike Posted November 13, 2021 Author Posted November 13, 2021 Thank you Carl, James and Larry! 15 hours ago, Jim B said: Nice Challenger. Is this the car the Gibbs used to drive? Yes, it is! I call it a 1971 since that is the reference that FBI Special Agent Tobias Fornell used during a stop at a gas station. It's actually a 1970 Challenger.
Jim B Posted November 14, 2021 Posted November 14, 2021 I thought it might be. I used to watch that show. I always wondered how Gibbs got those boats out of his basement.

KWT Posted December 19, 2021 Posted December 19, 2021 Another awesome job. I always loved that show. I need one of these in my collection.
mrmike Posted December 19, 2021 Author Posted December 19, 2021 Thank you guys! The number one question will always be how Gibbs gets his boats out of the basement.
skmodelcars Posted December 23, 2021 Posted December 23, 2021 Very nice build! Think I missed that episode of NCIS....Gibbs getting his boat out of his basement will always be a mystery!
mrmike Posted December 23, 2021 Author Posted December 23, 2021 Thanks Steve! Gibbs getting his boat out of the basement should be a mystery, but that question was answered in season 19 episode 4.
