This is my NCIS 1971 Dodge Challenger Hemi R/T painted with Tamiya TS-16 Yellow with a Tamiya TS-29 Semi Gloss Black interior, Hemi and pistol-grip shifter from the Revell '70 Hemi 'Cuda, hood stripe from Keith Marks and rear wing spoiler from my parts box.

Always nice to see a Mopar. I never watched the show but I like what you did with the kit. Nice engine bay. This is my favorite year for the challenger, same for the Cuda.

great job all around.

Looks good! Which kit did you use?

This is the kit that I used, plus I "stole" the hood from a previously built Challenger.

Thank you David, Bill, Greg and Mario.

Thank you Bob!  The actual car was IMHO, two different cars.  One had the scripts on the hood and a different shade of yellow compared to the car used in the episode, "Jack-Knife" which had no hood scripts and slightly narrower tires.

Aha! Nice work getting that roof cleaned up, I never would have recognized it if you hadn't told me.

Nice Challenger.  Is this the car the Gibbs used to drive?

Yes, it is!  I call it a 1971 since that is the reference that FBI Special Agent Tobias Fornell used during a stop at a gas station.  It's actually a 1970 Challenger.

I thought it might be.

I used to watch that show.  I always wondered how Gibbs got those boats out of his basement.

Thanks Steve!  Gibbs getting his boat out of the basement should be a mystery, but that question was answered in season 19 episode 4.
